Orders
I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation right away, please allow some time and make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
If you still haven’t received anything within 1 hour, but your payment has gone through, please contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service via the contact form (link here). Be sure to include your order number and mention that you would like to cancel or update your order.
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible. However, we will always do our best to assist you.
If we’re unable to make changes, you can of course return your order once it has been delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email.
If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder as well.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and the Netherlands.
We hope to expand our shipping to more countries soon. If you’re unable to place an order from your country, feel free to contact us and let us know where you’d like us to ship next — we’d love to hear from you!
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Sweden is 39 SEK. We offer free shipping on orders over 300 SEK.
For Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and Finland shipping is €5.9. Free shipping is available on orders over €49.
For Denmark, shipping is 39 DKK. We offer free shipping on orders over 300 DKK.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service through the contact form (here). Select “Return” as the subject and include your order number in your message.
Once we have received your request, we will send you a return shipping label along with further instructions.
Please note that all items must be returned in unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping fees:
- Sweden: 39 SEK
- Denmark: 39 DKK
- Finland, Germany, Belgium, Austria & the Netherlands: €5.9
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable if your order included a shipping fee.
What happens if I don't collect my package from the pickup point in time?
You will receive a refund. Please note that an administration fee of SEK 150 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Payments and Refunds
What payment options do you offer?
We offer a range of secure and convenient payment methods to make your checkout experience smooth:

- Klarna (pay later or in installments, depending on your location)
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
The payment methods available to you will be displayed at checkout based on your location and device.
When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once we have received your return, your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days and issued to the same payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are issued for returned products only. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, and any original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable.

Where are the Tagel products manufactured?
All Tagel products are carefully developed and produced in Scandinavia, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.
Are Tagel products vegan?
Yes, all products in our initial launch are vegan.
