As Brand Manager, you will play a key role in both product development and brand communication. You will drive projects from idea to launch, ensuring that every product and campaign reflects the Tagel brand identity and connects with our customers in an authentic and inspiring way.
You will work closely with external partners, suppliers, creatives and retailers, balancing strategic thinking with operational execution.
Key responsibilities
Product Development & Portfolio
- Drive new product development from concept to launch
- Develop product positioning, packaging, claims and product texts
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality and brand alignment
- Support assortment and innovation planning
Brand Communication & Launches
- Lead communication and launch activities across channels
- Create clear and compelling product storytelling
- Coordinate campaign assets, content and launch plans
- Ensure a consistent brand expression across all touchpoints
Retail & Distribution
- Own and drive distribution and coordination towards retailers and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure smooth execution of launches, deliveries and retail activations
- Act as a key point of contact for retail partners and support commercial growth
Execution & Project Management
- Manage timelines, stakeholders and ongoing projects
- Translate ideas into actionable plans and briefs
- Follow up on performance and continuously improve execution

Who we are looking for
We believe you are a self-driven and solution-oriented person who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days look the same. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and excited by the opportunity to help build a brand from the ground up.

We would love if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role
- A relevant degree within Marketing, Business, Communication or similar
- Previous experience within Beauty, FMCG or a related industry
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with product development and launches
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
Meritorious:
- Previous experience within the beauty industry
- A background or strong interest in horses/equestrian lifestyle
